Mourala Fish is a well-known fish in India and Bangladesh. Zinc, iron, and vitamin A are abundant in this fish. This is a traditional Bengali dish, and Mourala fish is a rare species of fish. It's a dish in which the fish is cooked after being combined with freshly ground mustard paste. Bengalis eat a lot of rice, therefore this meal goes well with simple rice. This complete Mourla fish includes the head. It has been thoroughly cleaned and gutted. This comes in 20-30 pieces and is suitable for 2-4 persons.
